Knedl je šaljiva in poučna gledališka predstava o pomenu zdrave prehrane in čarobnosti kuhanja. Namenjena je predvsem otrokom, brez dvoma pa bo navdušila tudi odrasle.
Knedl je dobrodušen kuhar, ki iz preproste reči, kot je kuhanje, ustvari pravo čarovnijo: kuha, čara, poje in pleše. Igra se s škratom Bobkom, premaguje velikane, potuje s hrano po telesu in počenja hecne reči. Vmes pokaže nekaj neverjetnih kuharskih trikov ter pojasni, zakaj je pomembno, da uživamo čim manj industrijsko predelane hrane in sladkorja, ter kako slastna sta lahko sadje in zelenjava.
Pustolovščina se začne, ko zlobni čarovnik Požrešnik ugrabi Knedlovo babico Dobrotko – svetovno in olimpijsko prvakinjo v kuhanju, ki je Knedla naučila vseh kuharskih veščin. Tako se Knedl s svojo čarobno kuhalnico in navihanim škratom Bobkom poda na reševanje svoje drage babice. Na poti premaga vse ovire, se pogumno postavi po robu samemu Požrešniku ter se srečno in s sitim trebuščkom vrne domov.
V predstavi spodbujamo otroke k raziskovanju, spoznavanju novih okusov in aktivnemu vključevanju v pripravo hrane. Naš glavni namen je, da otroci skozi zabavo usvojijo celostno sporočilo: »Hrana = Zdravilo!«

Children's Culinary Theatre Play
Knedl (named after the traditional dumpling) is a humorous and educational theatre play about the magic of cooking and the importance of healthy eating. While primarily created for children, it is equally engaging for adults.
Knedl is a good-natured chef who turns simple cooking into pure enchantment: he cooks, sings, dances, and performs magic. He plays with Bobek the dwarf, defeats giants, travels with food through the human body, and gets up to all kinds of playful antics. Along the way, he shares amazing cooking tricks, explains why we should avoid heavily processed foods and sugar, and shows how delicious fruits and vegetables can be.
The adventure begins when the evil wizard Požrešnik (Gluttony) kidnaps Knedl's grandmother Dobrotka—a world and Olympic cooking champion who taught Knedl everything he knows. Armed with his magical wooden spoon and accompanied by the mischievous dwarf Bobek, Knedl sets off to save his beloved grandmother. Overcoming every obstacle, he stands up to the greedy wizard and emerges victorious—unscathed and with a full belly.
Our show empowers children to explore, experiment, and actively participate in food preparation. Our primary mission is to convey a holistic vision of nutrition: "Food = Medicine!"
